Pink Heron
Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounce Pisco Black Heron
2 1/2 ounces cranberry juice
1 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
4 units of blueberry or some Berry
Add all the ingredients to a shaker with two ice cubes and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
Straining the mixture, add it to the serving glass and decorate with a berry skewer.

Ingredients:
2 ounces Pisco Black Heron
1 ounce Cointreau or Grand Marnier
1 ounce lemon juice
In a shaker, add all the ingredients plus ice and use a shaking method that involves shaking with vigorous movements from top to bottom and from front to back for 10 seconds.
Later serve using a strainer in a martini glass or cupe.
Decoration use orange peel.

Ingredients:
2 ounces pisco Black Heron
5 ounces of orange juice
¾ ounce of gum
1 bag of black tea
Infuse the black tea envelope with Black Heron in a glass of wine. At the same time, the mixture is poured into a cocktail shaker, ice, orange juice and gum and stirred vigorously. The mix from the cocktail shaker is added to the strainer glass where the Black Heron and the black tea are, mix. Finally, add two ice cubes. Garnish with ginger or orange peel.

Ingredients:
2 ounce Black Heron
¾ ounce sweetened condensed milk
½ ounce amaretto liquor
½ ounce of coffee (ideally espresso) - Coffee (better with coffee express)
1 Egg white
All the ingredients are added to a shaker. All the ingredients are shaken vigorously for 10 to 12 seconds with ice. Subsequently, it is served in the presentation glass.

¾ ounce of pisco Black Heron
¾ ounce of Vermouth Rosso
¾ ounce Bitter (Bitter)
First, the glass is previously cooled with ice cubes for about 10 to 12 seconds and then the water is removed and the ice is left. Then the ingredients are added on the ice and mixed by stirring with a spoon to homogenize the mixture. Orange peel decoration.

Ingredients:
2 ¼ ounces Black Heron
1 ounce of Lemon Juice
½ ounce of gum (syrup)
1 sheet of ginger
Complete with Ginger Beer or Ginger Ale to taste
Crush a sheet of ginger with the gum syrup, in the presentation glass it is completed with plenty of ice and the ingredients are added on the ice. At the end it is lightly mixed with a spoon to refresh to homogenize the cocktail. The decoration consists of mint plume and orange peel.

Ingredients:
2 ounces Black Heron
2 tablespoons or 3 cubes of brown sugar (not refined). You can use 1 ounce of gum.
5 dashes orange bitters
Add sparkling purified water to taste
In case of using black sugar. The crushing method must be used, which seeks to obtain a black sugar puree, for this, a mortar is used, the sugar is soaked with the orange bitters and crushed in the short presentation glass. Once the black sugar has been crushed, ice cubes, Black Heron and purified sparkling water are added and the ingredients are mixed gently. Garnish with orange peel.

Ingredients:
2 ounces Black Heron
¾ ounce lemon juice
½ ounce of gum (syrup)
½ ounce of red wine
6 fresh basil leaves
Complete with sparkling wine to taste
The fresh basil is crushed together with all the other ingredients except the sparkling wine, in a mixing glass. Once the basil has been pureed, the mixture is added to a balloon glass with lots of ice and is complemented with sparkling wine to taste. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and strawberry or blueberry.

1 ounce dry vermouth
3 ounces passion fruit pulp
a drop of red chili
Add all the ingredients and ice cubes to a shaker, shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Garnish with orange peel and mint leaves.
